Moline Multi-Modal Station

Upland is working with Legat Architects to assist the Moline community with the design of a multi-modal station to serve the Quad Cities. The proposed station consists of a new hotel and commercial space along with exterior public plaza and streetscape elements. Upland created plans and images through concept planning to assist the City determine best solutions. Site furniture, seat walls, lighting, bike racks and landscape plantings are incorporated into the site for ease of pedestrian flow and a feeling of welcome.
