Moline Transportation Plan Update

Upland Design worked as part of the SBC team to update the City of Moline Transportation Plan. Focus was on the Floreciente Neighborhood, the downtown core and connections to the Mississippi River. Upland created plans and images to assist with the public open house and support the plan updates. Key pieces include streetscape improvements, parking lot aesthetics, pedestrian and bicycle connections to public spaces and ideas for new public spaces along the Mississippi River.
