As an OSLAD funded project, the park site is scheduled for 2 phases. Phase I includes a performance shelter/ picnic shelter, a splash pad and playground that combine for over 9,000 square feet of active play. For more active recreation, a half-mile walking has numerous exercise stations and sitting path nodes. Sporting elements include a disc golf course, three soccer fields, and a baseaball backstop. Sustainable park development also includes permeable paving parking which drains into an onsite native rain garden. Lighting was also added for safety and to extend the play at the park.
Phase II was also designed to include a restroom/storage building, game plaza with game tables, bag toss, and bocce court, and additional trails.
