Landscape Planning at Van Dyke Place

Located across from Village Hall on a major thoroughfare in Plainfield, this commercial development needed a classic streetscape and strong landscape presence. The site includes ten standalone buildings, shared parking lots, and numerous outdoor spaces to compliment the restaurants.

Each outdoor space and the right of way sidewalks have design elements to keep the space interesting and beautiful while meeting the Village landscape requirements. Elements include planters, stone walls, raised beds, street trees, entry arches, seating and outdoor dining.
